Our Qualifications

Sam Blum has served as President of Blum Capital Management since 2014.

In 2001, he received his Bachelor Degree in Political Science and Economics from St. Cloud State University.

In 2014, Sam earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from fi360.  In 2022, he earned the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA™) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors.

He holds a series 66 securities registration which allows him to transact business on fees for assets basis with a focus on finding solutions in the best interests of his Clients.

Sam is dedicated to developing lasting relationships with all his clients. He believes in helping each person become confident in assessing his or her financial goals and participating in the financial management process.
